We offer shipping throughout Quebec and Canada.

• Delivery times are estimates (generally 24 to 72 hours)

 5. Live Products (Fish and Invertebrates)

Live products require specific conditions.

• Someone should be present at the time of delivery
• Water parameters must be suitable upon arrival

 6. DOA (Dead On Arrival)

In the event of a loss upon arrival:

• The customer must contact us within 2 hours of receipt
• Clear photos are required (fish in the unopened bag)
• A store credit will be applied if the claim is accepted

 No cash refunds for live products

 7. Refunds

• Live products are non-refundable
• A credit may be offered under the DOA conditions
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (or partially, depending on your policy)

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, Larguer Les Amar cannot be held responsible for:
